Overview
The workshop on model-based analysis for aerospace safety, FTA, and FMECA will introduce participants to the creation of projects using Ansys medini analyze, utilizing the ARP4761 template, and will cover architecture definition, functional decomposition, requirements traceability, FTA, FMECA, and reliability analysis; this hands-on virtual training session is designed for all systems engineers, functional safety engineers, reliability engineers, as well as hardware and software engineers.
What attendees will learn
- Create initial project using ARP4761 template, architecture definition including functions, functional decomposition, and failure condition collection
- Create safety requirements and perform allocation/trace
- Investigate sample architectures (aircraft, system and component level) in medini
- Failure rate handbooks usage in reliability analysis
- Develop FMECA in medini and investigate failure nets
- Create fault tree analysis and calculate the results
Who should attend
Systems engineers, functional safety engineers, reliability engineers, and hardware and software engineers
