Intelligent Analysis of PowerFETs and PMIC Designs
Electronic engineers need fast, easy-to-use simulation tools that can be used early in the design flow to analyze device parameters and predict the behavior of power devices in a circuit.
We will demonstrate how to analyze power devices using DSPF files in CCI and GDS design flows and show visualization capabilities and advanced tool capabilities.

Overview
Power devices like powerFETs and power management ICs (PMIC) are increasingly crucial in managing the large current flows needed to power high-performance semiconductors, electrical systems, electric vehicle power trains, and smart grid electronics. Power devices are compact and efficient but require careful design to deliver reliable operation in the field. Complex parasitic and multiphysics interactions must be analyzed and simulated accurately to ensure correct functioning and avoid performance degradation.
